Do I need to choose exactly the right package from the start?
No. The packages are mainly there to give you an estimate of ambition level and budget. Many clients start with a smaller package and then continue building over time as needs grow.
How do changes and further development work after delivery?
If you want to continue developing the website after delivery, you can order additional work when needed. Smaller changes, new pages, content updates, and new features can be handled on an ongoing basis by agreement. The current hourly rate is SEK 800 per hour excluding VAT.
Can I combine packages or get a more tailored setup?
Yes. The packages are there to give you a clear starting point, but the setup can be adjusted based on your goals, content and level of ambition. If you have an idea, a reference website or a specific goal, I can help define a practical setup with clear scope and pricing.
What does a website cost and what affects the price?
The cost mainly depends on scope, content, design level, features and whether the project is a new build or a redesign of an existing site. The packages provide clear starting levels, but the exact price depends on what will actually be delivered.
Are there ongoing costs after launch?
Yes. There are ongoing costs that are usually hard to avoid when you own a website, such as domain, hosting and certain third-party services. In addition, maintenance or support costs may apply if you want ongoing help after launch. The website build itself is a separate cost, and I always try to make it clear what is one-time cost and what is recurring cost.
How long does it take to build or redesign a website?
That depends on scope and how much material is ready from the start. Smaller projects can move quickly, while larger or more content-heavy websites take longer. In a first conversation, I can usually give you a reasonable estimate of timeline and next steps. In many cases you can have a first website draft within 7-14 days.
Can you help with copy, images and structure?
Yes. I can help with structure, content planning and guidance around copy and imagery so the website feels clear and professional. If all material is not ready from the start, it is often possible to plan a phased delivery.
Can I update the content myself after delivery?
Yes, absolutely. If you want to update content yourself in a simple way, I will often recommend a WordPress website, since that usually makes the site easier to maintain both now and in the future. I can also build from scratch, but that usually requires more technical understanding from whoever will maintain the website over time. Regardless of platform, I can show you how to update images, text and simpler content so you feel confident with the setup.
Are SEO, performance and post-launch support included?
Basic SEO and performance work are part of a good website project, such as structure, metadata and technical foundations. I also offer help after launch through maintenance and support. I do not promise specific Google rankings, but I build for a stable and long-term foundation.
Do I own the website and the code after delivery?
Yes. You hire me to build or redesign the website, and after delivery the website is yours. I can also help with maintenance and further development, but that does not change ownership. Any third-party services, licenses or subscriptions such as hosting, domain or paid plugins follow their own terms.
