End recurring service (termination)
This section applies when you want to end a recurring service, for example maintenance or support. To avoid unwanted renewal, termination should be made in good time before the next billing period.
- Send termination via the contact form.
- State service, domain/project and requested end date.
- Standard notice period is 30 days before the next billing period.
- Confirm whether you want handover of material, code and access.
- Secure a new operations setup before end date if the website should remain live.
- You receive written confirmation when termination is registered.
Withdraw from purchase (consumer)
This section applies when you want to invoke the right of withdrawal for a distance purchase as a consumer.
- Send a clear withdrawal message via the contact form.
- State service, project/domain and the order date.
- You receive written confirmation when your withdrawal notice has been registered.
Read full terms on Terms: Distance contracts and right of withdrawal. It also states that reasonable proportional compensation may apply for work already performed if you explicitly requested service start before submitting your withdrawal notice.
